Job Summary:
We at Coforge are hiring an experienced OnBase Developer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing OnBase solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in core OnBase modules and document management processes, along with the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support OnBase solutions based on business requirements
- Configure and manage OnBase modules including WorkView and Unity Forms
- Develop and manage Document Retrieval, Custom Queries, and Import Processes
- Configure and maintain Scan Queues and Mailbox Importer processes
- Implement and manage user roles, user groups, and security keywords
- Develop dashboards and reports for business insights and operational tracking
- Ensure system performance, reliability, and data integrity
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–6 years of experience in OnBase development and support
- Strong knowledge of:
- EP5 (Enterprise Performance/Process Framework)
- WorkView
- Unity Forms
- Document Retrieval & Custom Queries
- Import Processes (DIP, COLD, etc.)
- Reporting & Dashboard creation
- User/User Group management
- Security Keywords & Access Control
- Scan Queue configuration
- Mailbox Importer
- Strong understanding of document management and workflow automation
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Good to Have:
- Experience with OnBase integrations (APIs/Web Services)
- Exposure to .NET or scripting for customization
- Knowledge of database concepts (SQL Server preferred).
Education / Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. / M.CA / M.TECH / Any Graduate.
