Shift time - 3PM IST to 12:00 AM IST, Cab Facility (Pick and Drop)

Position Summary A highly skilled OnBase professional with expertise in enterprise content management (ECM), workflow automation, and system integration. Demonstrates strong technical proficiency, project management capabilities, and effective communication with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that optimize business processes.

Core Competencies

OnBase Modules & Functionality:

o Configuration and management using OnBase Configuration and Management Console

o Client support for Thick Client, Unity Client, and Web Client platforms o Workflow design and development, including WorkView and Unity forms o Integration with external systems via OnBase API development o Experience with document scanning modules, DIP, COLD, App Enabler, Host Enabler, Barcodes, DocPop, AutoFill, and Keyword Updater

Technical Skills:

o Programming: C#, .NET, Java, HTML, JavaScript, XML, XSLT

o Database administration and scripting: Microsoft SQL Server

o Web services: SOAPUI, RESTful APIs [Onbase Resource] REVIEWED: July 2024 (by Tyler Kinnie)

Certifications:

o Hyland OnBase Certified Installer or Specialist (preferred) [Onbase Resource] Professional Experience

• Develops custom applications and forms within the OnBase environment

• Designs and automates workflows to streamline business operations

• Conducts User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)

• Integrates OnBase with other enterprise systems to enhance functionality and data flow [Onbase Resource] Soft Skills

• Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting of complex technical issues

• Effective communication and coordination with technical teams and business stakeholders

• Project management experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies; manages multiple projects concurrently

• Deep understanding of ECM principles and ability to tailor solutions to meet specific business needs
