About The Role
Join Dijiwa Sanctuaries for an immersive On The Job Training experience at our stunning Blue Karma Village property. This internship program is designed for aspiring hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury boutique environment.
As an OJT Trainee at Dijiwa Sanctuaries, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services. You will work alongside our experienced team members, learning the art of Indonesian hospitality while developing professional skills that will serve you throughout your career.
