We are looking for energetic, people-friendly interns who will be present at partnered sports venues and act as the face of FieldFlicks on the ground.
Your primary responsibility is to:
- Help players understand how the FieldFlicks app works
- Assist them in using the recording system
- Convert interested players into paying customers
This is a paid, part-time, on-ground role, ideal for students or sports enthusiasts who enjoy interacting with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be present at assigned sports venues during peak playing hours
- Explain the FieldFlicks app, QR flow, and recording process to players
- Assist customers in starting, accessing, and viewing their recordings
- Actively encourage players to purchase recordings and explain pricing clearly
- Handle basic customer queries and troubleshoot simple issues
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at the venue
- Collect feedback from users and share insights with the FieldFlicks team
