Position Context

The On-Ground Campaign Manager will represent RishtaCare in field campaigns and public awareness activities. The role involves interacting with people directly in the market, explaining the company's services, and building awareness about relationship counselling and support services offered by RishtaCare.

This role requires confidence in public interaction, basic Marathi & English communication skills, and the ability to clearly present the company's mission and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-ground campaigns and awareness activities in different market areas
• Interact with individuals and explain RishtaCare's services and mission
• Represent the company professionally in public interactions
• Help generate awareness and potential leads during campaigns
• Communicate clearly about the benefits of relationship counselling services
• Provide feedback from the market to the internal team
