We are looking for a field-oriented professional to support data collection and on-ground operations for multiple biochar production plants around the Bangalore region. The role involves regular plant visits, accurate data entry on the biochar dMRV application, and close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities
Ensure regular, accurate, and timely data entry on the biochar dMRV application
Conduct frequent visits to biochar production plants around Bangalore to collect required operational data
Take ownership of resolving on-ground operational challenges related to data collection and reporting
Coordinate closely with the tech team to report, track, and resolve any application or data-related issues
Act as a point of contact between field teams and internal stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with defined processes
Support continuous improvement of field operations and reporting workflows
Qualifications
Experience:
Willingness to travel regularly within and around Bangalore
Basic understanding of data entry, mobile/web applications
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
Attention to detail and accountability for assigned tasks
Prior experience in field operations, data collection, or rural/industrial projects is a plus
Preferred Background
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience working with industrial plants, field surveys, or operations roles is advantageous
