- Hands on experience withSterling OMS & IBM Call Center(Order flow, Sourcing & Scheduling, Inventory management, Payments, Fulfilment, Returns & Exchanges)
- Good experience in Sterling User exits, Agents, Sterling Business Center, SST, Application Manager
- Strong experience in Retail Supply chain management systems
- Experience on Automation and scripts creation and execution using Selenium
- Strong in Automation frameworks using Java , Selenium, BDD Cucumber
- Strong experience in writing SQL queries, API testing
- Basic knowledge in Unix environment
- Work with the Business and project team to understand test requirements.
- Design the test strategy, test plan, and write test cases and test results for Sterling OMS. Including unit testing, end-to-end testing and UAT.
- Estimate test efforts.
- Plan, manage and execute functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Ensure requirement traceability documents are created and demonstrate appropriate test coverage.
- Monitor testing/QA metrics, reports & SLAs - and share results with appropriate project teams.
- Control and manage daily test activities through daily Agile Scrum stand-up meetings.
