1st Responsibility: Deliver a WOW Customer Experience

  • I greet, smile, and engage with customers to understand their needs.
  • I am well-equipped to interact with and engage customers.
  • I promote sports by engaging customers through sports communities.
  • I practice my sport and inspire customers to join sports communities.
  • I stay informed and encourage customers to participate in Decathlon events or local sports activities.
  • I ensure customer satisfaction.
  • I recommend the right products and services based on customer needs.
  • I use all our channels (in-store, online, and app) to meet customer expectations.
  • I propose relevant services such as buyback, repair & maintenance, and personalization.
  • I ensure a smooth checkout experience.
  • I keep the customer at the center of my activities and remain available at all times.
  • I suggest complementary products to enhance the customer's sports experience.
  • I ensure product availability through accurate and responsible inventory management.
  • I ensure signage is updated to help customers make informed choices.
  • I take accountability for delivery.

2nd Responsibility: Create a WOW Store Experience

  • I ensure the store layout is best-in-class for customers.
  • I maintain a safe environment for myself, my team, and customers.
  • I create a layout that is welcoming, appealing, and engaging.
  • I ensure customers can test all our products and solutions.
  • I highlight the best omnichannel offers, both offline and online.
  • I have full knowledge of the product range in-store and online.
  • I ensure customers can access the full range of products, either in-store or online.
  • I recommend the best possible solutions based on customer needs.
  • I ensure all necessary services for my sport are available.
  • I promote our circular (sustainable) offerings and related services.
