Job Title: Omni Commerce Ops Intern
Location: Mumbai

Duration: 3 Months
Working Days: 5 days a week (Work from Office – Mumbai)
Role Overview
The Omni Commerce Ops Intern will support day‑to‑day omni‑channel operations and process optimization across logistics, packaging, testing, documentation, training, analytics, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics: LSP partner workflow optimization
- Packaging: Order coordination, identification of stock requirements, and pricing comparison
- Testing: Testing of unique operational scenarios
- BRD: Creation of Business Requirement Documents for new or updated processes
- SOPs: Creation and updation of SOPs for Omni Commerce Operations
- Training: Training stakeholders on finalized processes to ensure higher adoption
- Analytics & Platform Access: Ensuring access to reports and triggers is created, tracked, and maintained
- Program Management: Coordination of objectives identified under omni ops deliverables
- Legal Mitigations: Supporting compliance with LMA and other legal requirements
- Customer Experience: Supporting customer care and optimizing workflows using a robust FAQ database
