Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

This is Ecommerce Chocolate Marketing role
You will work closelywith the category marketing, omni sales,media & externalcustomer teams to planand activate the key levers to deliver growth.
You will be responsible for co-creating content, assortment, media plans and
activations.

.Experience of working in the Ecommerce channel either with a FMCG firm or with a reputed Ecommerce retailer
.Experience of working with cross functional teams and a broad understand of
category, brands, omni channel.
.High ownership, self-drive and learning agility to independently lead/manage
assigned portfolio and projects
.An entrepreneurial mindset to initiate, pilot and scale up new work tracks
is responsible for developing the strategic agenda on superior shopper
experience, engagement and conversion through brand activations, content
management, data management, media
.The key KPIs are to deliver the planned business growth and market share
through interventions around the input areas shared above. The role requires
effective collaboration with multiple internal and external teams
.Delivering on Monthly & annual Contract nos for the category & repository of brands will be a KRAStrong analytical skills & proficiency in managing large data sets to cull out Key actionable insights is a must have
