We're looking for a hardcore TA professional who knows EPC, Oil & Gas, and Power sector hiring inside out. This role is for someone who understands engineering + project hiring.
What You'll Be Doing
- End-to-end recruitment for EPC, Oil & Gas & Power sector clients
- Hiring across Engineering, Projects, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Planning, Commissioning & Maintenance
- Managing bulk, niche & critical project roles
- Working closely with clients to understand project timelines & technical needs
- Strong sourcing via LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, referrals & headhunting
- Screening, shortlisting, offer negotiation & closure
- Maintaining strong candidate and client relationships
- Owning delivery metrics like TAT & closure ratios
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of strong recruitment experience
- Mandatory exposure to EPC / Oil & Gas / Power sector hiring
- Solid understanding of technical & project roles
- Experience in recruitment consulting / staffing firm preferred
- Sharp communication, stakeholder management & closing skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced, delivery-driven environments

- Middle East / Africa / International project hiring exposure
- Shutdown / turnaround / ramp-up hiring experience
- Ability to mentor junior recruiters (for Lead-level profiles)
