Oil & Gas Lead Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Oil & Gas Lead Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in oil & gas projects, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to lead and coordinate engineering activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage engineering activities for oil & gas projects

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution

Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and documentation

Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Support project planning, scheduling, and execution

Provide technical guidance to junior engineers

Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas engineering processes and project execution

Ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively

Proficiency in design and drafting tools such as staad & AutoCAD

Good understanding of industry codes, standards, and safety regulations

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong project coordination and time management abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
