Job Summary

SLBS Marklance is looking for an experienced and passionate Oil & Gas Faculty to deliver high quality training to students and professionals. The role involves imparting industry-relevant knowledge aligned with current Oil & Gas standards and job requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical training in Oil & Gas domain

Cover core topics such as upstream, midstream, downstream operations, HSE, QA/QC, piping, drilling, production, and maintenance (as applicable)

Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments

Conduct evaluations, mock interviews, and technical guidance sessions Stay updated with latest industry trends, technologies, and standards

Mentor students for technical excellence and job readiness

Coordinate with academic and placement teams for student progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline

25+ years of industry or training experience in Oil & Gas sector

Teaching or training experience preferred

Strong subject knowledge and presentation skills

Ability to handle batches independently. Skills Required

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

Practical-oriented teaching approach

Strong mentoring and guidance abilities

Passion for training and student development
