Job Description

Install and deploy OFSAA FCCM products, including AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, and CS.
Conduct workshops and trainings on FCCM product functionalities.
Provide functional delivery support, including requirement mapping, BRD preparation, configuration, testing, and rollout.
Work within Agile or Water-Scrum-Fall development methodologies.
Support all testing phases including system testing, SIT, UAT, and production support.
Ensure rapid turnaround of defect fixes.
Assist in installation, migration, and configuration of real-time functionalities like Watchlist Management, RAOR, Customer Screening, Transaction Filtering, and EDQ.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation and functional support.
Optionally, upskill in emerging areas such as Machine Learning, Blockchain, and BI tools.
