OFSAA Consulting Technical Manager - FCCM

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled FCCM Technical Consultant to join our team, with expertise in implementing OFSAA products, particularly in the Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) domain. The successful candidate will have experience in installing, configuring, and deploying FCCM products, including AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, and CS.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and deploy OFSAA FCCM products, including AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, and CS
• Conduct workshops and trainings on FCCM product functionality
• Provide functional delivery support, including mapping, BRD preparation, configuration, testing, and rollout
• Work on Agile/Water-Scrum-Fall based development methodology
• Support testing phases, including system testing, SIT, UAT, and production
• Ensure quick turnaround of defect fixes

Qualifications & Skills

• Mandatory:
  • Graduate-level degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering
  • 12+ years of experience in OFSAA FCCM product implementation in a technical capacity or in similar products
  • Hands-on experience in installing OFSAA BD Pack/Mantas and configuring AML, KYC, ECM
  • Expertise in PLSQL, Oracle DB concepts, various web server configurations, and configuring LDAP and schedulers like ControlM
  • Experience in real-time functionalities like Watchlist Management, RAOR, Customer Screening, Transaction Filtering, and EDQ configuration
• Desired:
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and expertise in Oracle DB/PLSQL querying skills
  • Strong knowledge in AML, KYC, FATCA, ECM, CS, and TF application installation, migration, and configuration
  • Desire to get upskilled in functional areas like Machine Learning, Block Chain, etc.
  • Exposure to tools like Informatica, Datastage, Abinitio, Oracle BI Tools, SQL Server BI tool set, Business Objects, Cognos, ERWIN
  • Good understanding of databases (Oracle, DB2, Exadata) and working knowledge of job scheduling products like AutoSys and ControlM
  • Java, JSP, J2EE standards with Oracle database and knowledge of web servers like WebSphere or WebLogic
