Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in Civil / Structural Engineering; Postgraduate in Structural / Offshore Structures is preferred.
Required Experience:
- Hands-on experience in SACS software for offshore structural analysis and design.
- Familiarity with In-place, In-service, and Pre-service analysis of:
- Fixed platform jackets
- Topside modules
- FPSOs / Floaters
Exposure to:
- Spectral fatigue analysis
- Seismic analysis
- Pile handling, on-bottom stability, jacket flotation, upending
- Competency in 3D model checking via Navisworks or equivalent.
- Preparation of MTO/BOQ/BOM, weight control inputs, and validation of cross-discipline data.
- Working knowledge of structural steel grades, fabrication detailing, and industry best practices.
Preferred Software Skills:
- SACS (mandatory)
- ANSYS, SESAM, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, GENIE, ABAQUS (advantageous)
Domain Expertise:
- Wellhead and process platforms
- FPSO topside module design
- Push-over and fatigue analysis
- Launch and transportation studies for jackets
