Offshore - SRE Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on architectural and infrastructure expertise across AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Deploy, configure, manage, and support ServiceNow and its associated modules.
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
• Utilize advanced logging platforms such as Splunk for monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud, infrastructure, and automation initiatives.
• Assist in continuous improvement of cloud operations, observability, and platform stability.
• Contribute to documentation related to architecture, configurations, and operational processes.

Required Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure architecture and administration.
• Proficiency in deploying and managing ServiceNow environments and modules.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Advanced proficiency in logging tools such as Splunk.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills across technical teams.
