Job Description
The SFDC Project Lead will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams, delivering patient-centric healthcare solutions. They will lead end-to-end Health Cloud implementations, managing projects, stakeholders, and technical execution to meet industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle for Health Cloud initiatives, including SDLC/Agile management.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, and oversee cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and use tools like Jira or Asana for project management.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical developers.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Manage Health Cloud feature implementation, focusing on patient data, care coordination, and EHR interoperability.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and Salesforce security standards.
- Oversee UAT, create test plans, and manage the release/deployment process.
- Mitigate risks and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, with 4+ years in Salesforce projects.
- Proven experience leading Health Cloud implementations, managing at least 2 full lifecycle projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud data model and Apex, LWC, and Integration patterns.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) is preferred.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster certification is required.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with GenAI-enabled healthcare solutions is an asset.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins is advantageous.
- Change Management certification (Prosci) for driving user adoption is desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
