Description
We are looking for an experienced Offset Printing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating offset printing machines !( 1 TO 5 COLOR ) and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate offset printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Monitor printing processes to ensure quality control and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
- Maintain and clean printing machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate color matching and alignment.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on printing equipment as needed.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in operating offset printing machines.
- Strong understanding of printing processes and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
- Proficiency in color matching and quality control processes.
- Familiarity with various types of printing inks and substrates.
- Basic mechanical skills for maintenance and troubleshooting of printing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
