Job Description

Job Title: Offline Channel SaleManager

Job Purpose:

To be responsible for establishing and managing the physical distribution network (distributors, wholesalers, and retail points of sale) for the Akaso action camera brand in key cities and regions across India, starting from scratch. The goal is to achieve rapid growth in market penetration and terminal visibility while balancing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Network Development & Expansion

  • Market Research & Planning
  • New Channel Onboarding
  • Point of Sale (POS) Management

2. Sales and Performance Management

  • Target Achievement
  • Inventory & Logistics
  • Promotional Activity Management

3. Brand Image & Training

  • Visual Merchandising
  • Sales Training

  • 4. Risk Control and Compliance

    • Price Control
    • Financial Compliance

    Qualifications:

    1. Education and Experience

    Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

    Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in channel development and sales management within the Indian market, specifically in Consumer Electronics, Mobile Accessories, Cameras, or Durable Goods sectors.

    Industry Preference: Proven track record of successfully establishing or significantly expanding an offline distribution network for a new brand/product is highly preferred.

    2. Skills Requirements

    Negotiation & Relationship Building

    • Market Insight
    • Financial Acumen: Clear awareness of P&L (Profit & Loss) and Unit Economics, capable of managing channel profitability and costs.

    Budget:50-70K monthly
