Officer - Utility

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Knowledge of Operation and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning) system.
• Knowledge on clean room area.
• Knowledge of AHU & LAF validation of clean rooms.
• Knowledge on Temperature mapping.
• Knowledge on operation and Maintenance of Brine and Water-cooled Chillers.
• Knowledge on operation and Maintenance of Cooling Towers.
• Knowledge on document preparation and execution of AHU/VAU/VEU validation.
• Ensure the completion of document work as per QAMS & cGMP requirement
• Planning, coordination, and execution of preventive maintenance activities of HVAC system as per schedule.
• Critical spares management.
• Prepare the Daily/Monthly report of the system.
• Coordination with cross functional teams for smooth running of production activities and meet the cGMP requirements.
