Role Description
The Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive (IPQA QA) will oversee quality assurance and in-process quality assurance activities. Daily tasks include monitoring production processes, conducting tests, identifying and resolving quality-related issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to ensure product compliance with established standards
- Strong Analytical Skills and Quality Management capabilities to assess processes and implement improvements
- Experience in Quality Auditing to verify adherence to regulatory and internal policies
- Attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the nutraceutical, herbal, or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred
