Role & Scope of the Work
1 Responsible for Handling Tamil Nadu & Pudducherry for Retail sales/OEM field Coordination.
2 Frontline contact of OEMs for all Account related activities, Supporting in new business development
3 Coordinating with TWO Plant & regional coordinators for supplies as per schedules
4 Prepare and report to line manager/organization on daily activity.
5 Support & Coordinate with internal team for supplies to SF dealers , queries handling & resolve any issues after taking internal guidance
6 Identify and recommend prospects for New Channel patners expansion in assigned territory.
7 Build and maintain the relationship with Channel partners, Retailers and Mechanics.
8 Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
9 Achieve the sales target given by organization to meet the regional and organization goal.
10 Drive Channel partner by making terriotry slaes plan.
11 Drive TPE (Third Party Employees) and DSR (Distributor representative) to execute the organization strategy at ground to achieve the organization goal.
Requirements
Qualifications/ Specialization Required
Engineering/MBA [ Marketing ]
Basic Computer operational knowledge and Good command on Microsoft office tools [ Excel and Presentation ].
Experience Required
Relevent/ Automotive Industry experience in Channel Sales of at-least 5-7 Years.
Ability to drive and manage Distributors and OEM team to align with Organization direction.
Experience in working with Japanese organization will be an added advantage
Any Other Qualifications
Excellent Negotation & Presention Skill,
Excellent knowledge in MSOffice - Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc)
Working knowledge in SAP will be added advantage
Knowledge in warehouse management
