Officer Slitting

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor slitting machines for BOPP, BOPET, CPP films and coated materials.
• Ensure efficient and accurate slitting of jumbo rolls as per job specifications.
• Maintain optimum productivity while minimizing waste and machine downtime.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with product standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and report machine faults for timely resolution.
• Adhere to safety and operational protocols throughout the production process.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in BOPP, BOPET, CPP, coating, or packaging industry preferred.
• Knowledge of slitting machine operations and troubleshooting is essential.
• ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with relevant technical background and training may also apply.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in shifts.
