Purpose
The Warehouse Officer is responsible for managing receipt, storage, issuance, and documentation of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company SOPs. The role ensures accurate inventory control, regulatory compliance, and smooth collaboration with Procurement, Planning, QC, Production, QA, and Logistics Teams.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
Receive and verify incoming raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
Ensure proper storage as per material specifications (temperature, humidity, FEFO/FIFO).
Maintain stock levels and monitor inventory to prevent shortages or excess.
Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.
- Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate records as per GMP and regulatory requirements.
Ensure proper documentation for GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issuance, and dispatch.
Maintain batch-wise traceability of materials.
Support audits (internal, regulatory, customer audits).
- Material Handling & Storage
Ensure aesthetic arrangement, proper labelling, segregation, and storage of materials (Quarantine, Undertest, Approved, Retest, Expired, Rejected, non-moving and slow-moving).
Monitor warehouse conditions (Temperature, Humidity and differential pressure).
Ensure adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Purchase and logistics departments.
Arrange timely dispatch of finished goods.
Ensure proper palletization and documentation for shipments of Finished Goods.
Update inventory records in SAP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, SCM or other inventory software).
Update the routine activities in e-log.
Generate inventory reports as required by management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Science, Commerce, or related field.
Knowledge of GMP, GDP, GWP and regulatory guidelines.
Familiarity with SAP/WMS systems and MS Office.
