Key Responsibilities

HRIS Management & Administration

Employee ID Generation

Employee data update, monitoring interfaces and workflows

HR Operations Support

Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee master data

Streamline and automate HR processes using system capabilities and workflow enhancements

Work Experience

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 25 years of hands-on HRIS or HR Operations experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in any one HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excel skills
