Responsibilities
Handling Gold Loan Customers in the Branch, explain Product Features, handling queries from customers, support in documentation and End to End Loans processing in LOS.
Clear and resolve all Audit queries, FCU queries
Handle Gold Loan Customer servicing
Responsible for Insurance Cross Sell targets
Manage the training agenda for the branch to ensure the Branch staff/DST are following the required procedures
Requirements
- 2 to 6 years of handling Gold Loan Operations with Gold Loan NBFCs/ Banks
- Graduation
- Excellent interpersonal
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong understanding on loan processes
- Knowledge about internal/external regulations
- Capable of managing the loan origination system
- Team Player
- Target oriented
- Display of RED Attitude (Reliable, Easy to deal with & Dependable)
