Responsible to cross check packing while dispensing & receive.
Responsible to take the line clearance from QA during packing activities.
Responsible for monitoring in packing process.
Responsible for completion of BPR and other log book online.
Responsible for the calibrations of weighing balance & checkweigher.
Responsible for the cleaning activity. SAP entries for FG qty., Physical sampling confirmation, Batch Records for printing, Additional page& checklist printing.
Responsible for smooth packing process with handing of manpower.
Responsible for performing the challenge test of Spray check, Checkweigher, carton packing m/c and print & check m/c for labeling. handing of matrix station (DGFT)
