Administer and configure Office365 applications, including OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint, to meet business needs and compliance standards.
Manage and support mobile device management tools, ensuring secure access to Office365 services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of Office365 solutions.
Conduct system assessments, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for issues related to Office365 services, working with other teams to resolve escalations.
Guide and mentor junior team members on best practices for Office365 administration and troubleshooting.
Assist in the planning and execution of Office365 updates and patches.
Maintain documentation for configurations, changes, and procedures related to Office365 systems.
Ensure that all migrations and implementations are executed without deviations and according to project requirements.
Participate in governance reviews, status reporting, and escalations related to Office365 projects.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to Office365 and cloud technologies.
Provide support during client visits and regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
At least 8 years of relevant experience in Office365 administration.
Proven experience in Office365 implementation and migration projects.
Hands-on experience with OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and other Office365 services.
Experience in managing and supporting Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards related to cloud services
Ability to mentor junior team members and guide them on best practices.
