Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Secretary who can handle administrative duties, basic accounting, and liaisoning work. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, have good communication skills, and be able to manage office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

  • Handle day-to-day office operations
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Maintain office files and documentation
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate with internal team and management

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Maintain accounts in Tally
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and quotations
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry
  • Track payments, receivables, and payables
  • Assist in GST documentation (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Coordinate with CA for accounting and compliance

Liaisoning Work

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers
  • Liaison with banks, government offices, and other agencies when required

Requirements

  • Minimum 13 years of experience in office administration
  • Good knowledge of Tally (Mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle deadlines
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in accounting or admin role
  • Knowledge of GST & basic accounting principles
  • Graduate (Commerce preferred)
