Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Operations Executive Admin based in Vijayawada. The individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring efficient office administration. The role also involves supporting customer service tasks, maintaining records, handling accounting functions, and ensuring effective communication within the organization to align with operational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration responsibilities
- Proficiency in Accounting tasks and maintaining financial records
- Customer Service skills to effectively address inquiries and concerns
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with office software and tools, including spreadsheets and document management systems
- Ability to manage tasks under tight deadlines and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred
