Role Description: Office Manager
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Full-time, On-site)
Qualification Required: Graduation
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ years post-qualification experience
Job Responsibilities
A. Executive Assistance to Partners- Manage the daily calendar, schedule meetings, calls, and client reviews for Partners.
- Handle confidential correspondence, internal memos, and client communications.
- Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and meeting documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reimbursements, and logistics for partners.
- Follow up on action items from partner meetings and client discussions.
B. Office Administration & Operations- Coordinate with IT and admin vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage record-keeping for contracts, invoices, and firm documents.
C. Team & HR Coordination- Assist in onboarding new employees, maintaining attendance, and updating HR records.
- Support HR and accounting teams with documentation, timesheets, and leave management.
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
D. Communication & Client Coordination- Serve as a point of contact between clients and partners for meeting scheduling and status updates.
- Draft official letters, engagement communications, and professional correspondence.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client and internal communications.
