Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general office administration and maintain organized records
  • Handle correspondence and communication in English and Hindi
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Excel, Word, and email
  • Support management and teams with scheduling, data entry, and documentation
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate internally to support office processes and administrative requirements

Qualifications

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Office Executive
  • Good command of English and Hindi
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and email
