Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, maintain office equipment, provide customer service support, and ensure the efficient functioning of office processes. This role involves managing staff communication, coordinating schedules, and responding to both internal and external inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Front Office Administration
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with managing Office Equipment and related resources
  • Ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and handle inquiries professionally
  • Organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of financial and scheduling tools is a plus
  • Coordination and follow up with Legal Advisors, Govt. Offices, Liasioning, etc...
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Oversee basic HR, Purchase and Legal tasks
