This Position reports to:

Global Head of Travel & Expense


Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will lead the global, endtoend implementation of the Robotics Travel Program by establishing travel operations, technologies, vendors, policies, and integrations for the standalone robotics organization. The role is accountable for implementation governance, ensuring market readiness, maintaining service quality, and overseeing postgolive stabilization in alignment with defined operating procedures and SLAs.

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Managing daily operations and administrative coordination for the global T&E department, ensuring smooth scheduling, documentation, and team support.
  • Oversee internal communication channels, including newsletters, announcements, email distributions, and global T&E updates.
  • Support T&E leadership with calendar management, meeting preparation, followups, documentation, and actionitem tracking.
  • Coordinate logistics for global workshops, townhalls, training sessions, leadership meetings, and crossfunctional engagements across time zones.
  • Maintain departmental records, SOPs, training materials, and SharePoint/Teams repositories with strong accuracy and version control.
  • Prepare communication briefs and userfacing content support system rollouts, onboarding activities, and crossfunctional alignment with HR, Finance, IT, and Travel partners.


Qualifications for the role

  • Any bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field.
  • 7-10 years in corporate travel management, travel technology implementation, or TMC operations with multi-country rollout experience.
  • Strong experience with tools like Concur Travel/OBT, GDS/TMC operations, and documentation/knowledge management.
  • Skilled in global program/project management, vendor coordination, SLA governance, and crossfunctional stakeholder management (IT/HR/Finance/Procurement).
  • Experience in change management, training design, and supporting complex transformations such as separations or carveouts.
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in additional languages (preferred), and ability to work effectively across global time zones.
