Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Interior Design Project Manager located in Pune. The Office Interior Design Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing workspace design projects, managing space planning and furniture selection, and creating construction drawings. Additionally, they will coordinate with external contractors and internal teams to ensure designs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Expertise in cost calculations
• Expertise in procurement of office interiors
• Knowledge of brands and vendors in office interior design industry
• Proficiency in Project Management and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Furniture selection and arrangement
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Experience working in the coworking or real estate sector is a plus
