Office Executive Real Estate

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Industry: Real Estate Sales & Customer Handling

Experience: 24 Years (Real Estate Preferred)

Role Summary

We are seeking a smart and organized Office Executive to handle documentation, coordination, reporting, and daily administrative support at our sales office. This role is essential in assisting the sales & CRM teams with smooth office operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle documentation including booking forms, agreements, and filing
  • Maintain CRM and Excel records for daily customer updates
  • Assist sales team with follow-ups and coordination
  • Manage daily MIS, reports, and office correspondence
  • Support front desk tasks during high footfall or absence of staff
  • Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal departments when required
  • Handle stationary, office supplies, and administrative purchases
  • Ensure proper storage & retrieval of project documents and customer files
  • Maintain database of customers, channel partners & contacts
  • Assist in basic accounting tasks (if required) like receipts/challan tracking
  • Help in hospitality arrangements for customers visiting the office

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills Hindi & English
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & Email
  • Experience with CRM/ERP software preferred
  • Good organization & documentation management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work with timelines
  • Confident, disciplined, and team-focused attitude

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
