Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Coordinator located in New Delhi. The Office Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, manage office equipment, ensure efficient communication, provide customer service, and maintain a productive work environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing phone calls and correspondence, handling schedules, overseeing office supplies, and assisting with front desk operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and organizing office operations
- Strong Phone Etiquette and experience handling professional correspondence
- Familiarity with Office Equipment such as printers, scanners, and other essential tools
- Excellent Customer Service skills and a proactive attitude to ensure client satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with team members and clients professionally
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
