- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Support team members with project-related tasks
- Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing duties
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
