We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment. The Office Associate will support daily operations and assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management, Team Development, Team Training, Recruitment,Team leading.
  • Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
  • Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Support team members with project-related tasks
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and invoicing duties
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered as needed
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
  • Familiarity with data entry and record-keeping
