Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is based in Kolkata and involves working as an Office Associate at Arizona Tools Company. The Office Associate will handle administrative tasks, manage office operations, assist with customer service inquiries, and provide accounting or clerical support. This role requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth office functioning and a high-quality experience for customers.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients professionally and address inquiries effectively.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage office procedures and maintain organizational efficiency.
  • Basic Accounting knowledge to assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial records management.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
  • Prior experience in an office or administrative role is an advantage.
