Job Description

Overview:

We're looking for a diligent and reliable Office Associate cum Mail Runner to help ensure our site operations run smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable with both office tasks and outdoor assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle the receipt of physical invoices and claim forms from various branches.
  • Accurately acknowledge the receipt of documents in the system.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring the filing of documents on a regular basis.
  • Perform banking and other essential outside work, as required.
  • Carry out any other duties as instructed by the Supervisor or Manager to support daily operations.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of current Safety Regulations and adhere to them.
  • Be prepared to respond to emergency call-in situations when necessary.
