Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in an office environment, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain filing systems and documentation
  • Support team members with administrative tasks
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries

Skills and Qualifications:
