Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ludhiana for an Office Assistant. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing general clerical support.

Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, maintaining office equipment, handling correspondence, and supporting team members with organizational and logistic needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain documents using MS Word
  • Handle data entry and reports in MS Excel
  • Create basic presentations in PowerPoint
  • Maintain and update stock records
  • Send and respond to emails
  • Support daily office operations and documentation

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication practices.
  • Experience in Administrative Assistance tasks and Clerical Skills.
  • Competence in handling and operating Office Equipment.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of common office software applications like MS Office.
  • Good Knowledge of Computer.
  • Prior experience in an office assistant or similar role is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are a plus.
