Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.

- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Maintaining organized filing systems both electronically and physically.
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
- Providing administrative support to various departments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting principles is a plus.
