Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant & Computer Operator to join our jewellery firm in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records related to inventory and sales.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, efficiently and professionally.
  • Support the team in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings and manage schedules for team members.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
  • Assist in the preparation of documentation for shipments and orders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with accounting software or inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of jewellery products and industry standards is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and basic troubleshooting skills.
