We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant & Computer Operator to join our jewellery firm in Jodhpur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate records related to inventory and sales.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, efficiently and professionally.
- Support the team in preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and manage schedules for team members.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for shipments and orders.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience with accounting software or inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products and industry standards is an advantage.
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and basic troubleshooting skills.
