Job Description

The Office Assistant will support accounting and administrative functions, maintain financial records, and perform office-related tasks using computerized accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting activities and bookkeeping
  • Maintain and update ledgers and financial records
  • Perform computer-based accounting tasks and data entry
  • Support office operations including typing and documentation
  • Prepare reports and assist management with financial information
  • Ensure proper filing and record maintenance
  • Assist in account reconciliations and basic financial analysis
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial data

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Com or M.Com qualification
  • 15 years of experience in accounts and office administration
  • Proficient in computerized accounting and basic office software
