Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Trichur for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling office equipment, and providing clerical support. The role includes coordinating office procedures, ensuring effective communication within the team, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities may include record-keeping and supplying administrative support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage daily tasks efficiently and keep the office running smoothly.
- Proficiency with Office Equipment, ensuring its effective use and maintenance.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in office administration or a related role is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration will be considered a plus.
