Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator based in Kolkata. The Office Administrator will manage daily office operations, assist with administrative tasks, maintain office equipment, and ensure a welcoming and efficient environment. Responsibilities include supporting customer service needs, coordinating internal communications, and overseeing office administration to facilitate smooth workflows.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
  • Familiarity with Office Equipment and tools for daily operations
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interaction with staff and clients
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills for managing office workflows
  • Ability to work independently and ensure a productive office environment
  • Experience in a similar role and knowledge of coffee industry operations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
