Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Office Administrator located in Coimbatore. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing daily office operations, maintaining office equipment, supporting staff with administrative tasks, coordinating office communication, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also includes overseeing office systems, ensuring efficient workflows, and assisting with various organizational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure organizational efficiency.
  • Experience with Office Equipment management and basic troubleshooting to maintain smooth functionality.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage interpersonal interactions and address stakeholder needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in multitasking, organizational abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
  • Preferably from College/ School office administration would be an added advantage
